Angelo Lelli for Arredoluce rare spectacular original Stella a 12 chandelier with twelve satin or acid-etched glass globe shades suspended from brass structure in a starburst shape and mount, Italy, circa 1959. Unlike most examples of this Stella light which are flush mounted to the ceiling, this very rare ceiling light was made with a drop stem. This rare Stella a 12 model consists of a polished brass structure with radiating arms at alternating lengths and the original acid-etched glass globe diffusers. It is truly a striking iconic design with clean architectural lines and a beautiful magical glow which uniquely and characteristically emanates from glass shades made of the acid-etched technique.
In very good condition and rewired to U.S. standards with UL listing and custom ceiling plate.
